  • (a) you have proof of purchase (online order tax invoice),
  • (b)the Product is unused and in new condition suitable for resale and must not be damaged in any way by you during the time the Product is in your possession, and
  • (c) you notify our Customer Service Team within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of delivery of your Product.
  • (d) you have at your own cost posted the Product to us in in its original packaging, along with all included accessories
